Heart-Shaped Strawberry Puff Pastries
with Vanille Bleue

Small strawberry dessert in heart shape with cream cheese and Vanille Bleue. Easy and quick recipe that will impress for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or simply to bring joy.
Heart-shaped strawberry puff pastries
- All-butter puff pastry1 package
- Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temperature)100 g
- Granulated sugar40 g
- Vanille Bleue3 cm
- Strawberries (thinly sliced)250 g
- Egg (beaten for glazing)1
- Powdered sugar for decoration (optional)As needed
- Green fondant leaves (optional)As needed
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and Vanille Bleue and mix well.
Cut the puff pastry into 5-6 pieces using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Cut the remaining pastry with a flower-shaped cookie cutter, then cut the flowers in half and shape them to artistically serve as strawberry leaves.
Use a docking roller or fork to prick the hearts. Brush the edges with the beaten egg.
Spread the Vanille Bleue cream in the center of the hearts and arrange strawberry slices on top. Decorate each heart with puff pastry “leaves.”
Bake at 200°C for 15-17 min. Let cool on a wire rack. Decorate with small green fondant leaves. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
