Eggs with incredible colors
Maxime Frédéric is the pastry chef of the Parisian palace Cheval Blanc Paris, whose gourmet restaurant Plénitude recently earned its 3rd Michelin star. To celebrate the opening of his chocolate shop within the hotel, Maxime Frédéric created, notably for Easter, a box of chocolate eggs inspired by the eggs of heritage hens from his family farm in Normandy. Each chocolate egg derives its colors from a real purebred hen’s egg.
The chef notably used our pods to create a superb bluish egg with Vanille Bleue and buckwheat.
