An egg like no other
Each year, pastry chefs from the most prestigious establishments compete in ingenuity to offer signature creations for the year’s most important events. And Easter is no exception.
Anne Coruble, executive pastry chef at the 5-star Peninsula Paris, presents for Easter 2022 a highly original creation in both its conception and technical execution: an Egg Whisk composed of
- a 60% milk ganache with Vanille Bleue
- a salted praline with raw hazelnut and roasted vanilla
- a 65% chocolate with vanilla beans.
